Dear friend,

 Thank you for taking interest in our ministry. It's hard to explain my passion for New Jerusalem without sharing my personal story.  I was born into a large family in El Salvador.  My parents were hardworking, but often resources were scarce. There were tough days and nights where we had very little. My brothers and I moved to the States when we were teenagers seeking a better future.  Years later, I dedicated my life to Christ.  When I thought about how I could serve Him, my first thought was my humble beginnings.  I hoped that someone would have come to us sharing the Word of God and had offered a helping hand. I then realized I could be that person for someone else!  That's how New Jerusalem was born.  It started as a yearly toy drive to El Salvador in 2006 with one church and has evolved into an organization that travels all over Latin America sharing the Word of God and basic necessities with families in need.  We are thankful that the Lord provided us with opportunity after opportunity to expand. We now support 6 to 7 churches a year in El Salvador, built a mission center in Nicaragua, travel to several other countries and we're still growing! This work is important and personal to me because God has called me to do it. Through sharing and demonstrating the love of Christ, we hope to make the world  brighter for these families one mission trip at a time.  We hope you will join us in this journey!
